BACKGROUND
This course provides basic knowledge of fire prevention and is the most
comprehensive, cost effective ,one-day fire safety course available in the country. This
course satisfies the specific ‘additional training’ requirements of the work place Fire
precautions.
THE AIM
To provide participate with a greater awareness and understanding of the threat
posed by fire, their personal responsibility in preventing an outbreak and the action to
be taken should a fire occur. Those attending the course will be able to implement the
requirements of current legislation which mandates specific levels of fire safety
training.
Target Groups
This course has been designed for all staff, particularly
those with a designated fire responsibility fire warden/marshal- working
in industry, commerce or the public sector.
